Since 2007, we have provided support to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender individuals, as well as those questioning their gender identity and/or sexuality, living in Norfolk and Waveney.
Our aim is to work with you in order to provide one-to-one support that is flexible and is tailored to meet individual needs. This could be face-to-face meetings with social guidelines in place, email, phone, via social media or Zoom. Although our staff and volunteers are not counsellors, they have undertaken training relevant to their role but, most importantly, they have lived experience of being LGBT+.
We provide support, information and advice on different aspects of your life from coming out, medically or socially transitioning, relationships, improving communications between family members and friends, bullying, mental health and hate crime. We believe by working in partnership with relevant organisations to achieve the best outcome for your health and wellbeing.
